Our technicians work with a wide variety of technologies, including desktops, laptops, servers, Microsoft Windows environments, local and wide area networks, cloud services, and business applications. Services are performed either at our office or at customer locations.
Typical Responsibilities
* Build and configure desktop computers and laptops.
* Upgrade computer hardware (memory, SSDs/hard drives, batteries, keyboards, screens, etc.).
* Clone hard drives, perform system imaging, backups, and data recovery
* Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
* Diagnose and repair Windows operating system problems.
* Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and local networks.
* Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (Active Directory, file sharing, SharePoint, backups, etc.)
* Configure VPNs, Remote Desktop Services, and remote access solutions.
* Install and configure NAS storage devices.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
