Salary: $37,440 - 52,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 is required.
- A strong customer service background is required.
- Help desk experience of one year is preferred.
- One year of experience with Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, and Veeam is preferred.
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively with decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses.
- Ability to support sales efforts and help customers determine their IT direction.
- Provide end-user support by phone, using remote management tools, and through on-site assistance.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft and other platform products.
- Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- For server-level roles, manage server deployments and lead projects such as Microsoft 365 and on-premises server migrations, hardware upgrades, and network design and implementation.
