This position supports a technical area and provides an opportunity for students to gain experience in IT operations, documentation, and process improvement.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide Villanova faculty/staff/students with Learning Management System (Blackboard and Brightspace) support and other Villanova supported learning technologies support (e.g. Zoom, Respondus, VoiceThread, etc…)Assist with UTS-Learning Technologies answering and completing service requests from Villanova faculty/students/staffAssist UTS-Learning Technologies staff with projects as neededContribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and assist in process improvement projectsOther tasks as assignedRequirements:Training for all responsibilities will be provided.
