IT TechnicianIT Technician to support a high-volume workplace technology initiative across multiple South Florida office locations. The selected technician will be responsible for hands-on workspace setups, equipment moves, end-user support, and a variety of IT operations tasks, including large-scale laptop deployments of potentially 100+ laptops at a time.
The role requires a self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities across sites, and deliver white-glove support — including to C-suite executives. Customer service is a major part of this role, working directly with Executives, Directors, AVPs, Senior Directors, and call center employees. The ideal candidate brings a professional demeanor, technical depth, and the flexibility to adapt as project priorities evolve across locations and timelines. Training will be provided on the team's specific imaging and process workflows.
