Leading a team of 5-7 IT professionals, the full-time salaried IT Team Lead, Outcome Owner will manage day-to-day operations, oversee product backlog management, and drive delivery execution in alignment with strategic goals. Key responsibilities Lead and coach the outcome team, setting clear sprint goals and fostering a culture of collaboration Manage the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring readiness for each sprint Drive delivery execution by tracking metrics and ensuring the team meets commitments while adhering to quality standards Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, MIS, or a related field 3-5 years of management experience in business analysis, development, or consulting for enterprise-level solutions Experience with Oracle ERP or equivalent ERP applications Demonstrated experience in backlog management and Agile practices Emerging people leadership skills with a willingness to grow into formal management responsibilities
