IT Systems Support SpecialistOur client is looking for an IT Systems Support Specialist for a 6-7 month onsite role located in Sacramento, CA. This role has a high chance of extensions.Minimum 3 years full-time professional experience in a social services agency conducting public assistance eligibility determination using automated systems including CalWIN and MEDS. At least one year must have included responsibility for research and resolution of problems with cases in an automated system such as CalWIN and CalHEERS.Experience with CalWORKS, Cal Fresh, and Medi-Cal is desirable.Must have familiarity with Service Desk software products.
