The role ensures stability, compliance, and availability across Active Directory, endpoint security, virtualization, storage, and Citrix/VDI platforms. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, this position plays an active role in data center lifecycle activities — including infrastructure decommissioning, workload migrations, and direct on-site support at clinic and data center locations throughout the Las Vegas area.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute vulnerability remediation and coordinate server and endpoint patching activities across the enterprise environmentAdminister and harden Active Directory environments, including implementation and enforcement of Tier 0/1 security controlsMonitor and support endpoint security platforms to maintain compliance and threat readinessAdminister, troubleshoot, and optimize Citrix and VDI environmentsSupport VMware virtualization infrastructure and NetApp storage systemsExecute and document change management activities in alignment with structured compliance processesProvide hands-on data center support including hardware validation, physical infrastructure troubleshooting, and asset removalLead and assist with data center decommissioning initiatives and workload migration projects including testing and validationProvide on-site clinic support where physical access to systems is requiredLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot to enhance productivity, documentation, and operational efficiencyMandatory SkillsSolid background in Infrastructure Engineering supporting enterprise environmentsExperience in Vulnerability Remediation and Security OperationsActive Directory administration and security hardening expertiseEndpoint Security platform experienceVMware virtualization administration and supportNetApp or enterprise storage platform administration, including ONTAPCitrix or VDI environment support experienceProficiency in PowerShell or equivalent scripting technologiesHands-on data center operations experience including physical infrastructure and hardware managementExperience with structured change management and compliance processesExperience with data center decommissioning and infrastructure migration projectsPrivileged Access Management (PAM) tools experienceFamiliarity with security assessment tools such as BloodHoundExperience supporting audit processes including compliance documentation and evidence collectionStrong technical documentation and knowledge transfer skillsDemonstrated proficiency with enterprise AI tools and consistent adoption in daily operationsExperience in healthcare or similarly regulated industries
