IT Systems AdministratorCross Environmental Services, Inc. (CES) is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to serve as the primary internal IT resource. This on-site role supports daily IT operations and works closely with an outsourced Managed Services Provider (MSP).The ideal candidate is a strong IT generalist who enjoys supporting users directly, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining secure, reliable systems.This is not a remote position.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site IT support for ~31 users across three office locationsServe as the primary internal point of contact for IT issuesCoordinate escalations and projects with the MSPSupport Microsoft 365 (user accounts, email, Teams, SharePoint)Assist with workstation, printer, and basic network troubleshootingSupport onboarding/offboarding (devices, access, accounts)Maintain IT documentation and asset inventoryAssist with cybersecurity practices and endpoint protectionSupport CMMC Level 1 documentation and self-assessment effortsCoordinate with ISPs, copier vendors, and software providers
