Level 2 It Technician/System AdministratorOur Level 2 IT Technicians/System Administrators are able to provide the next level of network system maintenance and support and are expected to have more in-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and more importantly, networking and security topics than a Level 1 IT Technician. The Level 2 IT Technician should have several years of experience working in the field.
