The System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and reliable operation of telecommunications systems to include software applications, personal computers, servers, mobile devices and network infrastructure components.The Systems Administrator works with the other members of the IT Team to manage a complex array of ever-changing technology, supporting operations and end users across a wide geographical area. Successful candidates will be highly motivated, customer focused, solution oriented, and demonstrate the desire and flexibility to rapidly adapt to new technologies and changing responsibilities.The position reports directly to the IT Director at the corporate office in Brentwood, TN and routinely interacts with corporate leadership and company staff.What you'll be doing:Assist with managing and monitoring all IT operationsManage our Office 365 environment including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and associated applicationsSupport our Azure environment, including Entra, Intune, VM's, etc.Monitor and maintain PC's, servers, network connectivity and performanceRespond to production system outagesProvide daily end-user technical support for team members company-wideProvide support for phones, and computer hardware and softwareRespond to internal requests for hardware and software, including software evaluationsProcess account setup and termination requestsWhat we're looking for:Discretion to handle confidential, sensitive information and proprietary dataAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and complex environmentBroad, working knowledge of corporate operations and policyExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to self-start, and exercise good judgment and decision-makingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently or in a teamAbility to travel, as neededDegree Required: Technical School CertificateDegree Preferred: Bachelor's DegreeYears of Experience: 4-5Minimum 5 years' experience managing Wintel-based, server-class hardware.8 or more years' experience using and managing Wintel-based clients and MS Office applications.Familiarity with M365, Azure Cloud Services, Intune MDM, Hosted Phone Systems, DNS, and AI (Copilot) desired.Working Environment/Conditions:Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.Normal office environment.Use hands/fingers to handle or feel.Reach with hands and arms.Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.Ability to sit for long periods of time.
