IT Support TechnicianFord Meter Box is accepting resumes for an IT Support Technician position in the Information Technology department. This onsite position will provide first level IT technical support for users and systems.
The role focuses on troubleshooting connectivity, basic network issues, workstation support, device checks, and ensuring reliable operation. The technician will work closely with software installations, plant engineering, and networking teams to keep up time and quickly resolve support tickets and keep documentation and systems data up to date.Key Responsibilities:End-User SupportNetwork & System SupportAsset & Documentation TasksSecurity & ComplianceOperations SupportDesired Qualifications:Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, Ethernet)Troubleshooting skills for Windows workstationsCustomer-focused communication skills and a teamwork mindsetExperience with patching, installing, and upgrading Windows applications.Knowledge of OT environments, SCADA/ICS systems, PLC networks, or industrial HMIs is a plus.Familiarity with cybersecurity principles in OT environments (NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443) is a plus.Ford Meter Box is a leader in the manufacturing of waterworks distribution components.
