This role supports Image Tech clients through Level 1-2 helpdesk and field service work . Some support is remote, onsite visits are essential when hands-on troubleshooting is required.
Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1-2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, WiFi, servers, routers, switches, and user issues
* Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic Active Directory tasks
* Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
* Perform onsite service calls when necessary
* Accurately document all work in the ticketing system
* Deliver a consistent, professional client experience
Requirements
* 2-5+ years of IT support experience
* Prior onsite/field IT experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage tickets independently
* Valid driver's license
