In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic network issues for office and field staff. You’ll install and configure hardware and software, maintain user accounts, and resolve tickets via phone, email, and on-site visits.
You’ll work in a safety-focused, team-oriented culture, with strong training, exposure to industrial technology, and opportunities to grow into advanced technical or supervisory roles.
