Schedule:
* Monday through Friday
* Standard 8hr Shift range between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with possible overtime based on business needs
* Occasional evening shifts may be required with advance notice
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Imaging laptops and tablets
* Assisting with miscellaneous tasks such as receiving equipment, inventory management, and IT storage cleanup
* Following direction from the IT Support Supervisor in executing day-to-day responsibilities
* Maintaining a high level of customer service for end users (both technical and soft skills)
* Escalating issues to the appropriate IT teams as needed
* Documenting all incoming issues and routing them to the correct support teams
Qualifications:
* CompTIA A+ certification preferred, or 1-2 years of equivalent experience
* Strong communication skills
* Call center/phone support experience is a plus
