IT Support Specialist Level 1/2

Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for a high-end financial services client. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and end-user technology.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently in a high-touch environment while collaborating with a technical development team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to onsite users.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user technology.
• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and common business applications.
• Diagnose basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related technical issues.
• Assist with user account administration, password resets, and access management.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Escalate complex technical issues and coordinate with internal IT and development teams.
• Deliver responsive, professional technical support in a high-end client environment.
Qualifications
• 1-3+ years of IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking, Active Directory, and IT security practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working onsite and independently.
• Russian language skills are a plus, given collaboration with a Russian-speaking development team.
• Experience supporting financial services, executive users, or high-touch environment
