IT Support Specialist

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year

• We require 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• A bachelors degree is preferred.
• We require hands-on experience in a Windows network environment.
• We require experience with Windows Server setup.
• We require working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• We expect the ability to provide after-hours support.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be necessary.
• Some in-state travel may be required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• We value a highly organized approach, disciplined time management, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• The ability to work independently and meet objectives without close supervision is important.
• PowerShell scripting experience is a plus.
• Apple iOS experience is a plus.

• We oversee our IT support department and handle day-to-day help desk operations.
• We troubleshoot and resolve incoming help desk requests by prioritizing and accelerating solutions.
• We provide support and training for Microsoft Office and other software tools.
• We set up user workstations, configure user profiles, and manage upgrades.
• We track IT assets and maintain inventory records.
• We purchase and replenish inventory under supervisor direction.
• We identify emerging or unforeseen technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement approved fixes.
• We design and deliver end-user training programs.
• We collaborate with our supervisor on network, server, and other IT projects.
• We plan and deploy enterprise-wide software installations and upgrades.
