IT Support CoordinatorFull-Time Onsite Role | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMThe IT Support Coordinator provides operational and coordination support for the information technology department and serves as a liaison between staff, vendors, technical teams, and end users. This role is responsible for assisting with day-to-day departmental operations, managing organizational and logistical tasks, supporting communication and coordination efforts, and helping ensure requests and initiatives move forward efficiently.The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, proactive, customer-service oriented, and comfortable handling a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from daily operations support to light technical assistance. This individual must be willing to support department initiatives, assist wherever needed, and support end users in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for departmental activities and initiativesHelp facilitate communication, initial triage, issue tracking, and follow-up between users and technical staffFacilitate vendor management procedures and update vendor management systems.Support onboarding and offboarding activities including scheduling, equipment coordination, and documentationMaintain and track departmental inventory including equipment, supplies, licenses, and related assetsEngage in vendor communications, service requests, purchasing activities, renewals, and deliveriesAssist with educational sessions, training programs, and staff communicationsHelp maintain departmental documentation, procedures, records, and operational materialsPerform light technical or operational tasks as assigned, including basic troubleshooting, equipment setup, account coordination, or assisting users with routine requestsSupport departmental workflow management and assist in ensuring timely completion of operational tasksAdapt to changing departmental needs and provide support wherever necessary to help the team operate effectivelyPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsAssociate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred2+ years of administrative, operations, customer service, office management, or related experience preferredStrong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong customer service mindset with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning and assisting with basic operational or technical tasksProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting operational or technical teamsExperience with scheduling, vendor coordination, inventory management, or training coordinationFamiliarity with help desk environments, ticketing systems, or departmental operationsExperience working in healthcare or regulated environments preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand at a desk 90% of the day.
