Job Summary We are seeking an accountable IT Support Analyst to manage and support our Non-Financial and Model Risk application portfolio. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, manage vendor support channels, and communicate clearly across risk managers, business teams, and external software vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Application & Vendor Support: Deliver Tier 2/3 operational support for vendor-supplied non-financial and model risk applications.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Perform root-cause analysis on application defects, data pipeline issues, and system bugs.
- Incident Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for technical issues, SLAs, and routine platform maintenance.
- Communication: Bridge the gap between technical teams, risk stakeholders, and software vendors with concise updates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of application support experience, ideally within risk technology or financial services.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated accountability and vendor management experience.
- Basic programming or scripting skills (Python or Java) are highly desirable.
