IT Support AnalystOur enterprise-level client in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, has an immediate need for an IT Support Analyst. The position is for a 2-3 month contract and requires onsite presence in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico. Candidates must pass a drug and background check.
Responsibilities include delivering migration of devices and users to the environment, leading migration teams at respective sites, serving as the L1 escalation point for local issues, ensuring team compliance with migration processes, procedures, and tools, providing status and progress reporting for assigned devices and users, and escalating issues or problems on a timely basis.
