Requirements & Education

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience at the GS-11 grade level: Must possess a Ph.D. or equivalent, or three years of progressively higher level graduate education in computer science, engineering, information science, or information systems management leading to such a degree. When education is required or substituted for experience, you must submit copies of college transcripts with the application packet.
