Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote IT Specialist will design, develop, and maintain enterprise software applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise software applications using Agile and SAFe methodologies Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices to ensure application security and compliance Troubleshoot application defects and performance issues while supporting application modernization efforts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Five or more years of experience in administering enterprise Windows server infrastructure and supporting IT operations Proficiency in developing enterprise web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies throughout the software development lifecycle Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and Microsoft SQL Server databases Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding practices using modern DevSecOps tools
