Position Summary
The IT Specialist is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees and maintaining the organization's computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and other technology resources.
This position will serve as a key point of contact for employees experiencing technology issues and will work closely with leadership and outside technology vendors to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and operational.
The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can communicate technical information clearly to individuals with varying levels of technical experience. Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and technology-related issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve computer, printer, phone, internet, and connectivity problems.
