Leading end-to-end source selection activities, the full-time remote IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst Lead will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage vendor selection processes to optimize procurement initiatives. Key responsibilities Facilitate competitive sourcing events and negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers Coordinate evaluations and provide strategic guidance throughout the procurement lifecycle Develop sourcing strategies that align with business objectives and technology strategy Required qualifications Minimum of 9 years of related IT work experience in sourcing, contracts, or vendor relationships OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline and at least 6 years of relevant IT work experience Strong experience managing RFx processes and leading Proof of Concepts for vendor selection Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with exceptional project management skills Experience with sourcing and procurement systems or processes such as Coupa, SAP, or ARIBA
