As an IT Solutions Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and security solutions for our clients. You will work across diverse environments including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures to deliver secure and efficient technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, and cloud environments
- • Deploy and configure security tools including EDR, SIEM, and identity management solutions
- • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client environments
- • Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency
- • Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- • Participate in security assessments and remediation efforts
- • Collaborate with SOC and GRC teams on integrated security solutions
- • Stay current on emerging technologies and security trends
Qualifications
- ✓ 3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or similar role
- ✓ Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
- ✓ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- ✓ Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs
- ✓ Experience with endpoint security solutions and deployment
- ✓ Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- ✓ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- ✓ Excellent documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- + Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- + Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)
- + Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration
- + Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- + Experience in MSP/MSSP environment
