Responsibilities
- Design and architect technical solutions, including integration of Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Lead end‑to‑end solution implementation: development, build, test, deployment, and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
- Develop detailed strategic plans and roadmaps that prioritize key programs and projects.
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee data analysis, migration, and integration activities.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement third‑party solutions and assess integration feasibility.
- Guide and enforce enterprise design standards, security frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑team coordination.
- Architect secure, scalable APIs aligned with business needs.
- Use Visio to produce UML, BPMN, and data flow diagrams for system integration design.
- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and ServiceNow change governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in IT or a related occupation.
- Proven experience with Salesforce (or Microsoft Dynamics) CRM solutions.
- Strong modeling skills using UML, BPMN, and Visio.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Knowledge of enterprise security standards and regulatory compliance.
