On site WV040, remote work depending on the candidateThe project is to provide production support and develop enhancements for the WV Integrated Eligibility application - eRAPIDS M&O Project.The team the candidate will be working with consists of 1 Lead with 4 developers and 1 BA; Skill set: Cognos, DB2 on Z/OS, SQL, Informatica PowerCenter, Adobe Life Cycle.The ideal candidate background should have excellent oral and written communications and prior work experience supporting large scale systems in Health and Human services.The top responsibilities for this position include 30% of time developing new enhancements, 40% of time for support, maintenance and monitoring, and 30% of time to develop fixes for existing production incidents.Required skills/attributes include eight (8) plus years of experience supporting large scale systems in Health and Human services, five (5) plus years of experience with performing systems analysis and design, five (5) plus years of experience with requirements validation, requirements and design documentation, functional testing and UAT coordination, and three (3) plus years experience with developing application reports.Preferred skills/attributes include experience and working knowledge of various application tools like ETL, web development, SQL, report development, and systems analysis.
