This position is Contract to Hire and open to Seven Hills, OH and Remote

MANAGER'S NOTES:

• Net, C#, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Angular, JSON, API, Microservice, OAuth, Certificate Based Authentication

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To develop, maintain, test and debug software to meet generally defined requirements in a Windows client/server environment utilizing languages/environments such as PL/SQL, Oracle, Progress 4GL, .Net, Microsoft SQL, or others; to define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding; to develop detailed specifications; and to design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Become familiar with application aspects including reports, claims management, interfaces, and vendor interactions.
• Analyze user needs; assist in designing specifications.
• Develop and modify software per data processing requests.
• Test and debug projects; assist in testing others' projects.
• Document software; investigate escalations; make corrections.
• Support team growth; follow standards; maintain high-quality customer service; stay updated on technology.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform other duties; support quality programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; IS or CS major preferred.
• Six years of relevant language development or business analytical experience.

• Strong development and design knowledge; analytical skills; organizational skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills; teamwork ability; performance competency adherence.

Work Environment:
