IT Software Asset Management Analyst

To support software licensing compliance and cost optimization, the full-time IT Software Asset Management Analyst will manage software licenses, conduct audits, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses and monitor usage for compliance Coordinate with procurement for license acquisition and renewals, ensuring timely processing Assist IT support teams with software provisioning and respond to license-related inquiries Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in IT asset or license management Solid understanding of accounting principles and software licensing models Experience with IT asset management tools such as ServiceNow or Flexera Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for tracking and reporting
