IT Shipboard Project Manager

Job TitleTravel is required at least 50% travel. Must have a valid passport.This role will support the program manager and will primarily deliver on planning activities however may be asked to manage a dry dock as well.Needs to have an understanding of project methodology in a waterfall environment.Also a good understanding of enterprise technologies and their application, very good communication skills including but not limited to business presentations, issue resolution and communicating the same message to large teams.They will be required to coordinate cross-team efforts, manage business and IT expectations, scope definition, scope management and documentation budget validation and procurement, design conversations and sign-off.The ability to define and drive project schedules, manage vendors, align the project goals with IT strategic technology and process goals.PMP preferred but not required.Previous shipboard experience a plus.
