Working full-time in a remote capacity, the IT Service Optimization Analyst will lead continuous process improvement efforts, design and implement automation solutions, and enhance IT service operations through workflow optimization and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Lead and support continuous process improvement initiatives, applying structured methodologies to optimize service workflows Design and implement automation and self-service solutions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality Analyze and redesign workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual effort through automation and standardization Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum of three years' experience in process improvement, service optimization, operational analysis, or continuous improvement roles Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement training or certification preferred
