Leading the IT service management platform and process governance functions, the full-time remote Associate Director, IT Service Management & Process will manage the ServiceNow platform, drive ITSM/ITIL framework maturity, and oversee IT disaster recovery and vendor risk programs. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, including strategy, administration, and vendor management Drive the adoption of ITSM/ITIL processes and establish continuous improvement measures across IT Lead IT disaster recovery planning and the technology vendor and third-party risk management program Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, with 5 years in a supervisory role Significant experience with ServiceNow or a comparable enterprise service-management platform Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ITSM/ITIL processes ITIL/ITSM certification preferred; additional credentials in ServiceNow administration and business continuity are a plus
