The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Engineer to lead our Projects Team —a technical “Swiss Army Knife” who is just as comfortable building out infrastructure as they are designing secure networks. This is a hands-on role leading migrations, deployments, and high-impact initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments. If you enjoy variety, challenge, and taking ownership from start to finish, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead cloud migration projects (Azure, M365, G-Suite).
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows Servers and virtual environments (Hyper-V & VMware).
- Plan and execute infrastructure buildouts for SMB clients.
- Design and optimize customer networks with Fortinet and Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless solutions.
- Implement and manage security policies, VPNs, and monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and migrate SharePoint and other collaboration platforms.
- Serve as a senior escalation point, guiding the projects team through complex deployments.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong networking skills, including VLANs, routing, NAT, and Layer 2/3 fundamentals.
- Proven experience deploying and managing Fortinet and Meraki firewalls/switches.
- Solid grasp of networking/security protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, IPsec, SSL/TLS, ACLs.
- Comfort with both cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ability to manage projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
