Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud HCM (Core HR, Compensation & Benefits) – involved in the implementation phase starting from requirements gathering till Go live. At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle.
Compensation Module expertise – experience in every year cyclic activities on compensation –around new incentives roll out, merit based / short term based etc.
Experience on talent management – Goals, Performance would be an additional advantage. Drive the requirement workshops for the customer. Perform FIT/GAP, map the customer business requirements to HCM Cloud, design and configuration. Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. Communication and Analytical skills Process Workflow Steps: Request distributed for sourcing. Supplier submits candidate profile(s). MSP reviews and dispositions (MSP Qualify) candidate profiles for manager review. Candidate is evaluated and selected by manager (PM Qualified). MSP Team releases offer for supplier Offer Acceptance/Approval; Supplier initiates BGC. Once accepted & approved by the supplier the workflow goes to Worker Download then PO ID Upload. Once the PO is uploaded, the workflow circles back to the MSP Team for Onboarding. When the supplier has confirmed that the BGC is complete and adjudicated green, the MSP Team will onboard the candidate to complete the workflow in Beeline. Every 6 months, you will receive a survey form our team requesting input on your experience.
