Leading the strategy and management of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, the full-time IT Security Director will develop and execute security programs, oversee IT operations, and enhance employee technology experiences in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute Rho's overall IT and Information Security strategy Build and mature Rho's cybersecurity program, including security policies and incident response Oversee technology vendor selection, contract management, and ensure compliance with security frameworks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity 3+ years of leadership experience managing IT teams or vendors Strong knowledge of cloud-based applications and cybersecurity best practices Experience with security frameworks such as SOC 2 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
