As we prepare to further accelerate our R&I transformation through digital initiatives, we seek a motivated scrum master who is detail-driven, an excellent problem solver, and has a business analysis background. Someone who wants to work in a fast paced, highly matrixed, globally dispersed team setting.
As a Scrum Master, you will provide servant leadership and assist the development teams to communicate, track progress, eliminate impediments and continue to mature and progress as agile teams. You will also work closely with cross functional technical teams, product owners, business stake holders and third parties. You will keep the team focused on delivering what has been planned during the sprint, unblocking issues, and driving velocity improvement.
You will also facilitate iteration (sprint) planning and grooming, lead work within individual sprints.
