Acting as an embedded risk partner within engineering and technology organizations, the full-time remote IT Risk and Controls Manager will scale and strengthen a modern IT SOX and controls framework across Nebius's AI cloud platform, collaborating with various teams to identify risks, design controls, and enhance compliance. Key responsibilities Develop a detailed understanding of assigned technology systems, acting as the risk and controls partner Continuously improve the IT risk and control framework, including risk assessment and control ownership Lead IT SOX readiness activities, coordinating evidence reviews and remediation oversight for assigned systems Required qualifications A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience At least eight years of experience in IT risk, IT controls, IT SOX, or a closely related area Meaningful in-house technology or corporate ownership experience is required Hands-on experience in an engineering-led technology, cloud, SaaS, or digital-product environment Strong practical knowledge of SOX 404, ITGCs, and IT application controls
