Collaborating with business unit management, the full-time IT Risk & Compliance Specialist will manage and assess technology and operational risks while supporting compliance with internal and external regulations, with the option of remote or hybrid work in Lincoln, RI. Key responsibilities Collaborate with IT Leadership and various risk and compliance teams to strengthen the control environment Coordinate the development and communication of IT policies, ensuring compliance across the organization Identify and manage risk issues, from remediation to closure, while leading internal and external audit activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in IT process analysis, or equivalent education and experience Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISM are a plus Strong analytical and business writing skills Experience in an agile DevOps environment is beneficial Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
