StellarMettle Placement is looking for a driven IT Recruiter to help us identify and hire top technical talent across a wide range of technical roles. This person will play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver high-quality candidates in a competitive market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview prep, offer negotiation)
- Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidate fit
- Manage candidate experience from first touch through onboarding
- Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates
- Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., developers, cloud, data, DevOps)
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume or agency environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
