Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with strong hands‑on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment to join our team on a permanent remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels .
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, CTC, and notice period.
• Must have experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire hiring .
• Understand IT requirements and identify suitable technical profiles.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Candidate Profile

• 17 years of experience in IT Recruitment
• C2H recruitment experience is mandatory
• Experience in domestic IT hiring preferred
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Female candidates preferred
