Managing a team of Quality Assurance professionals, the remote IT Quality Assurance Manager will deliver large-scale enterprise technology initiatives, drive strategic priorities, and ensure high-quality system delivery while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead the execution of complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business outcomes Serve as both project leader and hands-on contributor, managing planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reports for leadership, including executive-level summaries Required qualifications BA/BS degree required; Master's degree is a plus 7+ years of experience in IT, including project/program management of large-scale initiatives Proven experience in people management, leading technical or QA teams Experience with AI technologies and ability to guide team adoption of AI solutions Demonstrated ability to balance leadership and individual contribution as a working manager
