IT Project/Program Manager-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)This role requires providing formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned teams to ensure timely and effective project execution. The position involves planning and directing the installation of Information Technology projects that typically impact multiple business areas. The manager will lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide work direction and leadership to assigned teams for project execution.Plan and direct the installation of Information Technology projects.Lead and coordinate technology projects with business partners.Ensure successful execution of project roadmaps, budget management, and stakeholder alignment.Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.Secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.Manage stakeholder relationships and provide executive-level project oversight.Lead the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks.Develop and implement IT governance strategies to standardize project delivery and ensure compliance.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required.Experience: 11-15 years of experience in IT project management, overseeing enterprise-level technology implementations, and managing large-scale initiatives is required. This position is for an infrastructure network project manager; therefore, at least a baseline knowledge of networking infrastructure is required.Technical Skills: A strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps) is necessary.

Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform) is required.
