Job TitleThe individual will be part of a team that is responsible for project management of technology efforts and (Audit) Issues across EO&T, as well as the be involved in large corporate / cross divisional efforts. Our Issue Management Office team is responsible for planning, evaluating, monitoring, reporting, and facilitating delivery of Issues and business or technology projects initiated by various EO&T departments. We engage business areas across the company including technology, 2LoD (ERM) and 3LoD (IA) to identify and resolve impacts related to Issues offerings being implemented to ensure successful Issue closure and/or rollout and adoption with business partners.Your ImpactResponsible for the management of Issues and related technology projects (project management responsibilities include building and implementing comprehensive project plans, status reporting, stakeholder management, Issue closure and project rollout planning). Partner closely with the EO&T Risk Management team and Issue Owners to coordinate Issue delivery activities.
Sometimes referred to as an internal consultant using skills to perform needs and/or gap analysis between current and future state and working on multi-disciplinary projects that require a broad understanding of the firm and its key functions. Collaborate with internal business partners, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management. Develop a solid understanding of the Issue Management methodology, project management governance change initiatives, and business processes. Develop creative alternatives to business and technical issues arising from impact assessments to achieve offering objectives.
Have direct interaction with management regarding status, progress, and impediments. Effectively manage assigned efforts through the use of standard project management tools, including project work plans, issue logs, status reporting. Sound multi-tasking and organizational skills: project management, well organized, dependable, assertive, and results oriented. Ability to facilitate meetings and conference calls (managing the flow and keeping them on track) including scheduling the meetings; developing agendas and meeting minutes; providing and documenting, tracking, and following-up on action items from the meetings.
Ability to prioritize and manage daily task assignments.QualificationsAt least 5-7 years of project management experience.
