The primary focus is the management of multiple high-visibility, strategic, complex M&A activities and enterprise-wide projects that require influential management of composite teams across functional and executive boundaries. Successful results are characterized by the effective management of scope/schedule/resource/technical elements, and consistently delivering to meet and exceed those expectations.This role requires a detail oriented and well-organized person to help execute project activities while coordinating across multiple different business groups, both inside and outside of the IT organization, and with external target companies.Minimum Qualifications:4+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.OR6+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience without a Bachelor's degree.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in the areas of IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.7+ years of Project Management-relevant work experience in IT.3+ years of managing operating budgets and/or project financials.3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).PMO, PMP, or Six Sigma Project Management Certification.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Advanced productivity skills and knowledge of a variety of resources and IT technologies along with strong abilities to lead the definition of objectives, scope, and resources at program/project/task levels.Manage the execution of the program/project plan to ensure success.Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues and risks.Work collaboratively with the team on the continued development of program/project processes, methodologies and standards that feed into our internal IT M&A Playbook and execution resources.Experience and Skills Desired:3-5 years' experience managing IT or technology projects.Self-starter, organized, and detail oriented.Ability to absorb concepts and continue learning through self-guided training.Experience aggregating, managing and analyzing data from multiple sources.Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal abilities.Experience building and executing regular status reporting activities and cadences.Ability to manage changing schedules, including meetings and activities with global team members.Comfortable in a collaborative team environment.Encourage partnerships between IT, Program and/or Project Managers, and other business stakeholders to drive due diligence and integration planning efforts.Promote creativity and innovation in our team by developing creative solutions to problems, translating issues into actionable plans, leveraging new technology, and encouraging the same behavior in others.Process management, account management, and system implementation experience a plus.Financial analysis and forecasting and/or concepts related to managing budgets.Advanced Microsoft Office skills; with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Visio.Although this role has some expected minor physical activity, this should not deter otherwise qualified applicants from applying.
