IT Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives. This role drives delivery excellence across multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, technology standards, and organizational priorities.This individual serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape project direction, influence key decisions, and establish accountability across technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise technology programs across domains such as software, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data platforms, defining program vision, delivery approach, and governance structuresOversee complex project portfolios, ensuring prioritization, resource alignment, and integration across interdependent initiativesDrive proactive risk management by identifying organizational, technical, and vendor-related risks and implementing mitigation strategiesMentor and lead cross-functional delivery teams, fostering accountability and elevating overall performanceEngage and influence executive stakeholders by delivering clear, data-driven updates and decision frameworksEnsure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and technology standards in partnership with architecture, cybersecurity, and audit teamsOversee end-to-end testing and deployment readiness, including UAT strategy, cutover planning, and post-deployment stabilizationLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, methodologies, and operational transitionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field4+ years of progressive experience in IT project or program management, leading complex, cross-functional technology initiativesDemonstrated ability to deliver enterprise solutions that drive measurable business outcomesStrong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including software development, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud services, and data platformsExpertise in project and program management methodologies, with the ability to adapt Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches as neededAdvanced leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence without direct authorityExcellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesProven track record of delivering high-quality results aligned to business and technology standardsHigh degree of adaptability and commitment to continuous learningPreferred Qualifications:Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similarAbout K?STA I.T.:Our name says it all; K?STA I.T.
