We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Manager I to join our IT Portfolio Management team. In this entry-level role, you will provide critical administrative and analytical support, assisting leadership by maintaining accurate project data, preparing performance reports, and facilitating project governance processes.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging data to support informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Data Management & Analytics: Collect, consolidate, and validate project and portfolio data across multiple sources. Maintain high data quality within portfolio management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly executive dashboards, performance reports, and summary views to communicate key metrics effectively.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in tracking and monitoring project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
• Governance & Coordination: Coordinate project governance meetings, record meeting outcomes, and track action items through completion. Support portfolio intake, planning, and prioritization activities.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize reporting workflows and keep standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and report definitions up to date.

Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint). Experience with ServiceNow or GitLab is a plus.
• Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
