Project AnalystGenesis10 is currently seeking a Project Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Plano, TX, and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.This role will work with project managers and technology project leads to review project and deployment artifacts. The primary responsibility will be to evaluate these artifacts against our client's Enterprise Change Management requirements, provide constructive feedback, and help improve the quality of project deliverables.Responsibilities:Review project and deployment artifacts and evaluate them against the client's Enterprise Change Management requirements for adherenceProvide feedback to Project Managers and Technology Project Leads on requirements not met and help them improve the quality of their artifactsReview artifacts including project objectives and benefits, project tollgate materials, project WBS, deployment event setup and descriptions, Jira Epic and Story write-ups including acceptance criteria, release planning artifacts, deployment and backout plans, and risk and dependency identificationRequirements:Experience working in a technology project delivery environmentStrong knowledge of project management and release principles and activitiesExperience testing technology systems or processes based on documented requirementsKnowledge of Agile software delivery methodology and tools (Jira)Process-oriented, able to navigate corporate policies and proceduresStrong analytical thinker with ability to effectively convey complete information conciselySuperior communication skills, ability to navigate in a matrix management model and influence across multiple organization levelsStrong relationship management and organizational skills along with ability to identify and prioritize workloadDesired Skills:Project management experience is a plusPay range: $29.19 - $37.19 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
