IT Project Manager_ Oracle System Migration - Bilingual (English/Korean)Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like. Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.Develop detailed project plans including scope definition, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimations.Assemble and lead a cross-functional team, assigning tasks, delegating responsibilities, and providing guidance to ensure optimal performance.Track project progress against the plan, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedule and budget.Identify, assess, and develop mitigation strategies for potential project risks.Regularly communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members, addressing concerns and managing expectations.Monitor project expenditures, ensuring adherence to budget constraints and making necessary adjustments as needed.Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.Identify and resolve project issues promptly, escalating when necessary to maintain project momentum.Complete project documentation, conduct post-project reviews, and gather lessons learned for future projects.Salary: $100K+ (D.O.E)Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience8+ years Project Management ExperienceExperienced with entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for solution deliveryProject Management Office (PMO) experience a plus.Experience with automotive industry a plusStrong MS Project 2010 skills requiredExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsStrong Analytic, Documentation, and Organizational SkillsEfficient with multitasking between multiple projectsData Analysis Skills (e.g., SQL data extraction, Exporting to MS Excel, data manipulation, Report Formatting, and analysis)Proficiency in all Microsoft products including: MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint 2013
