Information Technology Project ManagerSalary Range: $101,034.00 - $166,502.00 AnnuallyHiring Salary Range: $101,034.00 - $133,768.00 AnnuallyJob SummaryThe IT PM will manage projects through a balanced matrix, control project costs and scope, and interface directly with the project sponsor and business sponsor to understand business problems and opportunities to drive successful project goals.Role: To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate information technology projects, including the development of policies/procedures for these projects and controlling costs.Essential Functions:Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologiesDirects technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projectsCompletes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data centerVerifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implementedPreserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structuresRecommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirementsForecasts requirements; prepares annual budget; schedules expenditures; analyzes variances; initiates corrective actionMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standardsParticipates in the elicitation and development of project planning specifications and timelineFollows account PMO procedures and practicesControls and negotiates change and scope of the ProjectEnsures timelines and milestones are met and maintains integrity of the systemsGuides and oversees lifecycle applications developmentCommunicates effectively with stakeholdersManages the day-to-day task assignments, deliverable and schedule completions of all Supplier personnelMinimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
