IT Project ManagerWe are looking for an IT Project Manager in Jersey City, NJ. The position is for a 12-month contract.Job description:We need a strong Project Manager highly skilled in following up on IT implementation and on governance (i.e. preparing executive summary and support for Steering Committee meetings).
The candidate should be highly flexible in terms of working hours.My team works mainly with extended teams in London and Paris, hence the candidate should be able to start early to cover the EUR time zone and be available (if needed) for extended hours to cover local US requests and requests from Sr. Management.The candidate should be available to work from the office for 3-4 days a week and should be in sync with their manager's availability.Responsibilities:Plan, build and lead one or more projectsFollow up with IT Development and IT Production teams on deliverablesIdentify, report and escalate risks, issues and dependencies to Record keeping Sr. managementCreate program documentation for Steering Committee meetings with Executive Level Management DocumentsEnsure actions are followed up with respective owners and tracked to closureWork extensively with business, IT and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment of channel recordingAssess and manage deployment of tactical and strategic IT solution in absence of strategic IT recording solutionTechnical skills:Strong project management skills including preparation of project/program documentation, executive summary, Sr.
