This role will coordinate across product vendors, service vendors, and internal business partners, ensuring project execution aligns with SCE standards, timelines, and governance. The Project Manager will build and maintain detailed project plans in Microsoft Project, drive progress across multiple technology domains and SCE teams, and provide structured weekly status reporting to both operational teams and leadership.
The role also requires quick adaptability to support Service Transition Planning & Support and participation in Quality Design and Architecture Review Team processes.Key Responsibilities• Own the end-to-end technology workstream project management for assigned initiatives• Coordinate and drive alignment across:product vendorsservice vendorsinternal SCE stakeholders / business partners• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan using Microsoft Project• Track and manage project scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issues• Ensure execution across multiple SCE teams and technology domains• Provide weekly status reports at regular intervals to:operational teammanagement / leadership• Coordinate and manage activities related to:Service Transition Planning & SupportQuality Design and Architecture Review Team processes• Support SCE project governance requirements and ensure alignment to SCE processes• Ensure consistent follow-ups, proactive communication, and timely resolution of blockersMust-Have Requirements• Bachelor's degree required• 7–12 years of IT Project Management experience• Strong IT Project Management skills including planning, execution, and control• Experience in Process Management• Familiarity with SCE processes (or ability to learn quickly and adapt)• Strong working experience using Microsoft Project for comprehensive project planning• Experience coordinating multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholdersPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)• Highly proactive with strong ownership mindset• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Experience coordinating service transition activities• Familiarity with IT quality design/architecture governance processes
